Just updated my Solar system with SolarEze they were fantastic, really happy with the installation no issues, spent a lot of time researching and getting other quotes but they were the best. What really impressed me was that I kept asking questions and changing my mind but that wasn't a problem, I was booked in at 6:30 am for installation some 6 weeks before and we had weeks of rain in between so expected there to be delays, but no they showed up at 6:30 the day of the booking can you believe that! What I really liked about SolarEze is that they didn't ask for a deposit which put my mind at ease as you see so many tradies on A Current Affair taking deposits and then not showing up to do the job. Rob (owner) and team do all of the work, no subcontracting, really looking forward to upgrades down the track which may include a battery and EV charger. They also use quality solar products with good reputations (no cheap junk), so I am confident the system will be hustle free. Please if you are looking to install Solar just give them a call you have noting to loose and everything to gain. Mark

Install is very neat and Rob continues to help with after sales service while we have had issues with our wifi and disconnecting from the inverter. OUR fault, but Rob continues to help. I had obtained several quotes from solar installers to get a broader perspective of what is involved to install a system that would meet our needs. Bills were reviewed and various options were presented for a system that would benefit.I spoke with Jen from SolarEZE multiple times and I knew, I had made the right choice. This installation was a result of existing system beginning to fail and investigating possible options to repair / replace. The old system had more that paid for itself so all options were considered.Jen made the whole quote process very easy and was able to answer all my questions. Discussed several options before settling on the installation. The quote was very competitive with others installers (was lowest).Rob and guys arrived at the agreed time and date and were straight into the job - this was a complete strip down of the old system and installation of a new. They even took the time to remove all the old satellite dishes from years past.Had the whole job completed before lunch time - all rubbished removed and property left clean.This was the second installation that I have been involved in with this company and have been very happy both times - would recommend / use again.

After a few attempts of gathering information together over the past 12 months and getting frustrated that I was constantly being told that this system is the best because of "insert marketing pitch here", I was so pleasantly refreshed by Jen at SolarEZE. After a 10 minutes conversation, she understood what I was after and sent me through a quote, no sales pitch, no we are better because everyone else is not up to standard, just a willingness to put up a great product at a decent price and stand by what they were offering. A quick follow up call once the quote arrived to clarify a couple of questions and we moved forward with a date in a couple of week for install.On the day of install, Rob and the team was onsite and ready to go at 7am, and had installed 20kw by 10:30am. They also made sure they had collected every last piece of rubbish around the house, leaving no sign they had been there other than a shiny new system on the roof.Would absolutely recommend for your solar install... The team at SolarEZE deserve 5 stars.Please note that I have only given four stars for the quality of the system and value for money as we only had the system installed a week ago, so have not been able to make an informed decision yet. However, the specs look good at this stage and the system is pumping out the KWs. I particularly like the phone app.Back to SolarEZE. Lindy at the office explained everything in detail and provided all that information on paper. Rob and the team were efficient, professional and friendly. Rob explained everything after the system was installed.We went for a large number of panels and a 12 WK battery system. There are only two of us and in Sep we are producing around 50+KW per day and only using around 12 KW. The remainder goes into the battery (of which we use around 5KW each night) and the rest feeds into the grid for a small feed in tariff. Can't wait for summer when the production increases and we can run a/c without the big bills.I highly recommend checking out SolarEZE if you are looking for a panel (and battery) system.

When Jen came over to discuss a quote, she got out a sheet of paper and asked me a ton of questions about energy use, appliances, power costs and did the math right in front of us for multiple scenarios. She took the time to discuss different brands, and answered my many follow up questions. They weren't the cheapest, but I could tell they really stood behind what the did and I trusted them with my installation. They did not disappoint. Nearly 6 months on and the system is working great!

From beginning to end, SolarEZE were professional, provided an extraordinary service which was both personalised, accommodating, professional and quality products. I was impressed with the quality of service in the time they took to educate me on how to think about what type and size of solar system to match our needs as a family. Their advice was thorough and they didn't drop the ball on any changes I needed made to the quote. Their flexibility with timing was also impressive. We were quoted approximately 8 months prior to installation and the price did not change. They pointed me to financiers that I could use because I needed a loan for our system. I am very happy with the service I received. Value for money. My experience from go to whoa was above and beyond any expectations in terms of the care, their responsiveness to calls, and all the way to fit out. My builder warned me about solar providers cracking roof tiles and not saying anything. It was a relief when I spoke of this concern to my representative and she responded saying that they used to carry spare roof tiles with them in case this happened and because they were damaged in the car, they would buy and replace whatever they broke. I'm happy to say none of this happened. I recommend SolarEZE to everyone who I know needs a solar system.

The solareze team installed a 6kw system a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. Lindy was able to give us honest information about the size needed ( another company tried to sell us a 8kw system) and after installation support has been awesome .We went with sungrow inverter and jinko panels.
