The team at SolarEZE deserve 5 stars.Please note that I have only given four stars for the quality of the system and value for money as we only had the system installed a week ago, so have not been able to make an informed decision yet. However, the specs look good at this stage and the system is pumping out the KWs. I particularly like the phone app.Back to SolarEZE. Lindy at the office explained everything in detail and provided all that information on paper. Rob and the team were efficient, professional and friendly. Rob explained everything after the system was installed.We went for a large number of panels and a 12 WK battery system. There are only two of us and in Sep we are producing around 50+KW per day and only using around 12 KW. The remainder goes into the battery (of which we use around 5KW each night) and the rest feeds into the grid for a small feed in tariff. Can't wait for summer when the production increases and we can run a/c without the big bills.I highly recommend checking out SolarEZE if you are looking for a panel (and battery) system.

We recently had a solar system installed by SolarEze, and our experience was great. As first-time users, we were quite apprehensive about the entire process, but Jen Hart, their sales consultant, was fantastic during the first phone call, guiding us through all the steps and carefully assessing our needs. She provided detailed information that was incredibly useful without overwhelming us with constant emails and phone calls. We appreciated having the time to do our homework and gauge the market at our own pace.The installation team, led by Rob Scott, was equally impressive. They efficiently decommissioned our old system and expertly installed the new one. Rob even took the initiative to clean out a pigeon nest he discovered on our roof before proceeding with the installation. When Jen came over to discuss a quote, she got out a sheet of paper and asked me a ton of questions about energy use, appliances, power costs and did the math right in front of us for multiple scenarios. She took the time to discuss different brands, and answered my many follow up questions. They weren't the cheapest, but I could tell they really stood behind what the did and I trusted them with my installation. They did not disappoint. Nearly 6 months on and the system is working great!

I've had my panels for two years now so not just an installation review.Rob and his crew were timely and professional. Their range of products is very good. They set up the app for me. Their first service is free and he's a man of his word.After about a year I decided to get bird wire installed (pigeons) and he arranged that also. From beginning to end, SolarEZE were professional, provided an extraordinary service which was both personalised, accommodating, professional and quality products. I was impressed with the quality of service in the time they took to educate me on how to think about what type and size of solar system to match our needs as a family. Their advice was thorough and they didn't drop the ball on any changes I needed made to the quote. Their flexibility with timing was also impressive. We were quoted approximately 8 months prior to installation and the price did not change. They pointed me to financiers that I could use because I needed a loan for our system. I am very happy with the service I received. Value for money. My experience from go to whoa was above and beyond any expectations in terms of the care, their responsiveness to calls, and all the way to fit out. My builder warned me about solar providers cracking roof tiles and not saying anything. It was a relief when I spoke of this concern to my representative and she responded saying that they used to carry spare roof tiles with them in case this happened and because they were damaged in the car, they would buy and replace whatever they broke. I'm happy to say none of this happened. I recommend SolarEZE to everyone who I know needs a solar system.

I was having a really stressful time trying to find a Solar Company to have our solar installation done and was so confused by all the pushy companies out there, which I found most, had very poor reviews. Finally, I came across Solareze, submitted an enquiry and received a call back from Jen who immediately put my mind at ease and made it all very simple to understand. We discussed all the options and I was emailed a quote same day, I was very happy with the quote and stated I wanted to go ahead, no deposit needed, pay on the day and within a month I had the installation done. We had a 7.875Kw System with a 6kw Fronius inverter installed by Solar Eze back in June 2019. We could not be any happier with their services. Peter was very informative & easy to deal with. The installation by Rob & Dave was very efficient & without any problems. But what is also very impressive is the after sale service. Any question we had regarding the operation of the system & the fine tuning of our Fronius Smart Meter were promptly answered . We highly recommend them .

The solareze team installed a 6kw system a few months ago and we couldn't be happier. Lindy was able to give us honest information about the size needed ( another company tried to sell us a 8kw system) and after installation support has been awesome .We went with sungrow inverter and jinko panels. We got a few quotes and the solareze team were competitive but the workmanship was fantastic. Appreciated the choice to put inverter in garage and the team set up the Wi-Fi and app for us. Currently generating roughly 30kw per day. Highly recommended
